Check Out The Central Bucks And Eastern Montgomery County Area
I serve both the Central Bucks and Eastern Montgomery County areas. Both counties are beautiful and historic. They both offer their own unique gifts.
Bucks county offers magnificent rolling wooded countryside, and a strong tradition of culture, arts, and history spanning three centuries. This makes the communities of Bucks county an idyllic place to live and work. Let me help you choose the best setting for your lifestyle in this wonderful part of southeastern Pennsylvania.
Doylestown The borough of Doylestown was born when William Doyle obtained a license to open a tavern at the corner of what is now Main and State Streets in the boro. His tavern was well located because it was at the intersection of the road linking Norristown to New Hope (now known as Route 202), and also the road linking Philadelphia to Easton (now Route 611). His tavern became a watering hole and a stagecoach stop for weary travellers making the long trip.
The borough of Doylestown was made the county seat in 1813 because it is centrally located. The town's high elevation and relatively low water power contributed to a lack of industrial development there and an increasing interest in the area as a professional and residential community.
The 14 covered bridges of Bucks County shouldn't be missed!
Just minutes away, with five hundred square miles of cultural and historical diversity, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania has it all. Valley Forge National Park, the famous "Main Line," and 19th century mansions. My twenty plus years of Real Estate sales and listing experience will open the door for you to this wonderfully delightful area of the Delaware Valley.

"A model of how the Internet can facilitate the process of deciding where to send your children to school" - America's Best School Profiles by The Heritage Foundation
When their last child is married or graduates from college, many couples feel the urge to give up yard work, sell their homes, and become sophisticated city dwellers. They may consider a condominium or a home near theaters, restaurants, museums and other in-town excitement.
Although city living has many rewards, this type of move represents a major change in lifestyle. You will be relieved of a lot of maintenance chores, and you will be close to many activities that not available in the suburbs. However, some things that you take for granted, like a parking place, may not be readily available in a city!
Before you make a commitment to a condominium, talk to the people who live there. Like suburban developments, town house and condo developments often have covenants and owners' association restrictions which limit what you can do with your home. A professional real estate agent can get you the answers to any questions you may have about this important move.
